Coconut Milk

Coconut milk is an oil-protein-water emulsion made by pressing freshly shredded coconut kernels. Coconut comes in three different forms: coconut milk, coconut cream, and coconut milk. Fresh coconut wet gratings, either with or without water, are extracted to produce coconut milk. This is an instant product that may be used either straight or diluted with water to prepare a variety of preparations, including fish and meat meals, curries, desserts, puddings, cocktails, cakes, cookies, coconut jam, ice creams, and more. Additionally, coconut milk may be utilized in the production of bread goods and for the flavoring of food products.

Coconuts are incredibly nutrient-dense and high in fiber, minerals including iron, selenium, salt, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus, as well as vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5, and B6. People who are lactose intolerant can use coconut milk as a milk substitute because it has no lactose, unlike cow’s milk. It is a well-liked option among vegans and works well as a base for milkshakes, smoothies, and baking.

Production Process

Coconut meat is rinsed in filtered water, blanched and are deshelled. The raw coconut meat is then broken down, grinded and filtered to extract the milk. Coconut milk is packaged in a food-grade aseptic bag after being sterilized. To preserve its natural color, freshness, flavor, and aroma, UHT technology is employed rather than any preservatives or chemical additives. This product is manufactured entirely from natural, non-GMO, and preservative-free ingredients.
